About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Operations Specialist to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a key member of our Support and Services department, you will play a critical role in providing second-level support for our Cloud applications, including Stratus Imaging Archive and Stratus Imaging Viewer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior technical resource for Support and Services team members, providing expert guidance and support for Cloud applications.
  • Assist in troubleshooting on-premise PACS software, particularly when interacting with Stratus products.
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of all escalations and requests, consistently resolving, de-escalating, or further escalating issues as needed.
  • Research, investigate, and test new issues and workflows prior to production release.
  • Analyze and consider impacts of decisions and changes on interconnected systems and workflows.
  • Coordinate issue resolution efforts with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolutions.
  • Maintain proper tracking of problem resolution for reference, knowledge collection, and management reporting.
  • Contribute to knowledge management systems and provide input to Engineering regarding serviceability and product acceptance.
  • Be available for a weekly on-call rotation for off-hour critical and patient safety issues escalation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Change Healthcare Radiology Solutions products, specifically around the Archiving subsystem.
  • Cloud and GCP experience a plus.
  • HL7 and DICOM experience a plus.
  • Proven solid communication and customer services skills.
  • Demonstrated continuous desire to learn.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and train.
  • Ability to work independently without supervision.
