About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Montana's Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our restaurant's unique flavor profile.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our restaurant.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to support our menu offerings.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and completion of a culinary arts program or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
