About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Clerk to join our team at JAS DHAMI INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of financial tasks, including calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, fixed assets and depreciation, as well as maintaining general ledgers and financial statements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cheque Preparation: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Asset Management: Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Accounting Tasks: Keep financial records, establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial and accounting reports, including trial balances and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Education: A non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A permanent full-time position with 35-40 hours of work per week.
