Tile Setter

We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter to join our team at KS Constructions. As a Tile Setter, you will be responsible for preparing, measuring, and marking surfaces to be covered with tiles.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for tiling by cleaning, repairing, and applying adhesives.
- Measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate tile placement.
- Set tiles in place and apply pressure to affix them to the base.
- Align and straighten tiles to ensure a professional finish.
- Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools.
- Pack grout into joints between tiles and remove excess grout.
- Remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles.
- Lay and set mosaic tiles to create decorative wall, mural, and floor designs.
- Cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite.
- Estimate costs and materials for tile installations.
- Mix, lay, and polish terra surfaces.
- Install tile strips to complete the installation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in tile setting.
This is a permanent position with a 32-hour workweek. The work language is English.
