Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at PROJECT WYNDFIELD INC. as a key member of our fast-paced food service team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
Working Conditions

This is a temporary position, with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role.
