Job Summary

BURRITO BOYZ is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Handling
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
    • Portion and wrap foods for customers
    • Package take-out food for customers
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Keep the food counter and surrounding areas clean and sanitized
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and provide exceptional customer service
    • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Inventory and Stocking
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars with food and supplies
    • Keep records of the quantities of food used
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset
