  1. Implement programs and organize activities for day camp participants.
  2. Lead the summer day camp staff in a positive and professional manner, ensuring the safety of all participants.
  3. Act as a liaison between parents, children, staff, and the recreation program coordinator.
  4. Assist in the guidance and supervision provided to day camp staff and volunteers.
  5. Assist the recreation program coordinator with the evaluation of staff and volunteers.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be able to commit to the full term of employment and be available Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
