Branch Operations Assistant

Job Description
What is the Opportunity?
The role provides support to the Branch Operations team, ensuring the branch is following procedures as outlined in the Internal Controls policies and regulatory requirements.
What will you do?
- Process all branch cash transactions, including cheques and Bankwires.
- Prepare, review, and distribute Branch and Cage reports.
- Manage the filing of branch operations-related reports and documents.
- Account opening approvals, including reviewing documentation and scanning forms into the documentation workflow system.
- Reception duties, including answering phones and greeting clients.
- Support the Branch Management team with administrative functions, such as order management of office supplies and boardroom scheduling.
- Assist with special branch projects, including regulatory projects and firm-led initiatives.
- Coordinate with Advisors/Branch for client events, manage invitations and logistics, and event execution.
- Learn the administration aspects of the Associate role at a basic level.
- Cover Associate vacations.
