Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JLSpecialists HVAC Repair Inc.

Job Summary:

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our HVAC systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics, electric appliance servicers and repairers, and construction millwrights.
  • Prepare and review production and other reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification.

  • Work under pressure and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and a team player.
