Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Operations Specialist to join our team at Canning's Personal Care Home. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining software, hardware, and network systems, as well as troubleshooting and administering local and wide area networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure software, web servers, and network hardware
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network systems, including LANs, WANs, and mainframe networks
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software
  • Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures
  • Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures and maintain control records
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of networking software, file management software, database software, and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
