Job Summary
Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member and guest experiences, ensuring facility cleanliness, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Greet all members and guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome to our facility
Assist with membership and retail product sales, promoting membership privileges and services
Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, facilitating member requests and forwarding to a manager as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing opening and closing duties as required

Requirements
Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation
Ability to execute at a high level, exceeding performance expectations
Superior communication skills, with the ability to energize and motivate others
Proficient reading and writing skills, with a strong understanding of the Crunch brand and offerings
Ability to maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards all club staff, members, and guests

Physical Demands
This is a physical role requiring frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds, with prolonged standing or bending as needed
