Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fitness Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member and guest experiences, ensuring facility cleanliness, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member and guest experiences, ensuring facility cleanliness and achieving sales targets.
  • Greet all members and guests with a smile and assist with membership and retail product sales.
  • Promote membership privileges, including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare.
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures.
  • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous disposition.
  • Know the club facility, services, and schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.

Physical Demands

This is a physical role requiring frequent lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and may require standing or bending for prolonged work hours.
