Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Wallzone Projects Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and stakeholders, including preparing and disseminating reports, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of projects, including preparing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our staff, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work with minimal supervision and will be expected to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
