Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Parts LogiQ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Directly supervise a team of 5-10 delivery drivers and coordinate their activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Dispatch and Monitor: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare production and other reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training of new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all employees follow health and safety regulations and report any incidents or near-misses to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.

  • Excellent Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Work Setting:
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of delivery drivers.
  • Dispatching: Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes.
