Clinical Study Associate Director for Project Management Services

Parexel seeks a seasoned professional to lead Local Study Teams and deliver clinical studies according to agreed resources, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Local Study Teams consisting of CRA(s) and CSA(s) for assigned studies
  • Ensure compliance with Client Procedural Documents, ICH-GCP, and local regulations
  • Coordinate site selection, feasibility assessments, and site qualification visits
  • Plan and coordinate local drug activities, including setup and maintenance of studies in CTMS
  • Oversee monitoring activities, review visit reports, and advise monitors on study-related matters
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Fluency in English language required; fluency in local language(s) desired
Experience and Education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Development Operations or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in life science or equivalent qualification
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
