Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Forvan Technology Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring that their computer systems and networks are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems and networks
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Supervise and train technical support staff
  • Develop and implement technical support procedures and policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and networks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
