Project Technical Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Technical Coordinator to join our team at Parsons Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing tender documents, supporting requests for clarification, and building new processes in SharePoint and Smartsheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of tender documents meeting project requirements
  • Supporting requests for clarification on issued documents
  • Building new processes in SharePoint and Smartsheets
  • Supporting the drafting of contract documents and proposals
  • Assisting with management and processing of invoices
  • Assisting with QA/QC processes for construction, operations, and environmental teams
  • Supporting processes for maintaining control and accountability for contract modifications
  • Participation in meetings relevant to project management and coordination
  • Integration of contract administration with other project functions
  • Supporting the coordination of closure of contracts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar degree
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to lift up to 20 kg
  • Valid class 5 driver's license
  • Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite
