We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Canada.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of food service meet our high standards. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in food service management, a strong track record of leadership, and excellent communication skills. A secondary school graduation certificate is required, and a diploma or degree in a related field would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with regular exposure to noise and heat. Physical stamina is necessary for standing for extended periods.
