About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at 2544721 Alberta Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including making beds and maintaining inventory of supplies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
Work Environment

This role will involve working in various locations, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule

This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week.
