Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Memorial Medical Clinic.
Job Summary:The Medical Office Assistant will provide administrative support to our healthcare team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This role will involve a variety of tasks, including greeting patients, processing information, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Patient Care: Greet patients, take vital signs, and provide basic information to clients and the public.
- Communication: Relay information to patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and medical history.
- Technology: Operate electronic medical records, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail.
