About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Juice Dudez. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe food environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dishwashing and Sanitizing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Team Support: Provide support to colleagues and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30-44 hours per week.
