What We're Looking For
We're seeking a skilled Claims Adjuster, Property to join our dynamic team. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating complex claims, managing stressful calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate complex claims, including theft, disappearance of jewelry, wind claims, and CAT claims
- Manage stressful calls and clearly communicate decisions to customers
- Effectively manage a busy day-to-day schedule
- Provide a great customer experience
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in an insurance-focused program or related field
- Working towards the CIP designation an asset
- Minimum of 3 years of property claims adjusting or related experience
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
