About the Role

Battery is a leading advertising agency, recognized as a 3-Time Ad Age Creative Agency of the Year. We're expanding our operations and seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our RBC business in Toronto.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a tight-knit team of creative professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for leading a team to provide exceptional client service, working closely with senior managers to generate new business, and collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative, fully integrated advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple client relationships/businesses, developing strategic plans, overseeing execution, and managing financials.
  • Partner with creative and production teams to develop global campaigns, working collaboratively with clients and their agencies to ensure effective strategies and integrated plans.
  • Contribute to strategic development, creative ideation, and production approach, driving business growth and new business initiatives.
  • Present work with confidence, representing the agency as the face of the business.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of industry experience in advertising or a related field.
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree.
  • Proven track record in integrated marketing and advertising, leading major consumer brands.
  • Experience managing internal project costs against budgets.
