Job Title: Registered Psychiatric Nurse

Alberta Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in the Seniors Mental Health Program at the Centennial Centre for Mental Health and Brain Injury. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive care to seniors with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation programs for seniors with psychiatric illnesses
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal functioning and community integration
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited Psychiatric nursing education program
  • Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA)
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)
