Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Brar's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food and Service Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, prepare and submit reports, and maintain a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
