About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Supervisor to join our team at Elid Construction Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our carpentry crew and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry crew members
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and crew performance
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Requisition materials and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment

This is a noisy work environment with a focus on construction, maintenance, and repair. You will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
