Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Tandel Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the upkeep of our facilities, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, as well as clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English or French
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
