Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Tandel Group Inc.

Job Summary

The Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and performing safety and security checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris.
  • Trash and Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Painting and Repair: Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Plumbing and Electrical: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Security and Safety: Perform safety and security checks to ensure the well-being of our employees and visitors.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
