About the Role

Geronimo With Compassion Inc. is seeking a skilled Software Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company's web presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their website requirements and develop detailed documentation to ensure successful project execution.
  • Design and Develop Website Code: Design and integrate website-related code, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance.
  • Develop Website Architecture: Develop and implement website architecture, including database design and integration.
  • Write, Modify, and Test Code: Write, modify, and test website-related code, as well as software code, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain Existing Software: Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Communicate Technical Information: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare Technical Documentation: Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
  • Source and Organize Information: Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of the website.
  • Assist in Requirements Collection: Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Create and Optimize Content: Create and optimize content for the website using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
  • Develop Logical and Physical Specifications: Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications for website development.
  • Research and Evaluate Software Products: Research and evaluate a variety of interactive media software products to ensure optimal solutions.
  • Lead Multidisciplinary Teams: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.

Experience
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: Possess 1-2 years of experience in software development, web development, or a related field.
  • Permanent Employment: Offered as a permanent employment opportunity.
  • Language of Work: English is the primary language of work.
  • Working Hours: 32-44 hours per week.
