About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Brar Sweets & Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and present high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
