About the Role:This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a Mental Health and Substance Use Clinician to work with our high-functioning and well-integrated Youth Mental Health and Substance Use team in Vernon, B.C.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide assessment, treatment, and service coordination for youth aged 12 to 24 with moderate to severe substance use concerns and/or concurrent disorders.
- Work collaboratively with the Hospitals and Communities Integrated Services (HCIS) healthcare team and the MHSU multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely and responsive treatment and clinical supports.
- Function as a primary clinician utilizing specialized treatment modalities and therapies for individuals, groups, and families.
Must be an experienced mental health professional with a passion for helping those in our community.
