About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems and services.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development teams to address build issues and improvements
  • Create, modify, and maintain pipelines and workflow tools
  • Write application code to enhance various tools in the system
  • Monitor automation systems and respond to support requests/outages
  • Manage virtual infrastructure, including deploying and monitoring containers
  • Evaluate new technologies and software products to determine their feasibility and desirability within the company

Requirements

  • Strong experience in DevOps and a range of tools and technologies
  • Foundational programming skills
  • Source-control administration (e.g. Git)
  • Configuration Management and Continuous Integration/Deployment
  • Cloud deployments (e.g. AWS, GCP)
  • Container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher)
  • Infrastructure automation tools (e.g. Helm, Terraform, Maven)
  • Monitoring Tools (e.g. CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Tracing)
  • System administration (e.g. OSX, Linux)
