Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of quality.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular site visits and potential exposure to varying weather conditions.
