Our Mission

Our long-term care centres (CHSLD) have a mission to provide a substitute living environment, on a temporary or permanent basis, to adult clients who are no longer able to live in their natural environment due to a loss of functional or psychosocial autonomy. Our centres provide residents with assistance, support, and surveillance services, as well as psychosocial, nursing, pharmaceutical, medical, and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the nutritional status of clients and develop a personalized nutrition plan to maintain or restore their health.
  • Participate in clinical teaching and training.
  • Determine the treatment plan for clients with nutritional needs, including the appropriate route of nutrition, as indicated by an individual prescription.
  • Monitor the nutritional status of clients with a treatment plan.
