Job Summary

The CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal is seeking a Dietitian-Nutritionist to join its team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating the nutritional status of patients, developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the nutritional status of patients and develop personalized nutrition plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on nutrition and healthy eating
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in dietetics or nutrition
  • Membership in good standing with the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
