Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dietitian-Nutritionist to join our team at the CIUSSS de l'Est-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating the nutritional needs of our clients and developing personalized nutrition plans to promote optimal health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the nutritional status of clients and develop individualized nutrition plans
  • Assess the nutritional needs of clients and provide recommendations for dietary changes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement nutrition-related care plans
  • Conduct nutrition education sessions for clients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of nutrition services
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
  • Registration with the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken)
