Job Title: System Engineer, Finance Infrastructure

Grammarly is seeking a highly skilled System Engineer, Finance Infrastructure to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our financial systems infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and maintain cloud-based business systems, including NetSuite, Coupa, and Workday Adaptive Insight.
  • Integrate cloud services across operation teams into the corporate solution.
  • Configure and maintain the financial planning system.
  • Utilize project management skills to manage extensive integrations and updates to core workflows.
  • Ensure the availability and health of information systems through service monitoring, change management, and system data integrity.
  • Design and build new technical solutions to address Grammarly's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in financial software and systems, including NetSuite ERP system, financial reporting tools, and budgeting and forecasting software.
  • Experience with systems integration, especially how finance systems integrate with other enterprise systems.
  • Strong data management and analytics expertise, including modeling, warehousing, and integration.
  • Knowledge of financial compliance and security standards, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with finance teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders.
