We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Daniel et Daniel Catering & Events. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for demonstrating new cooking techniques and new equipment to our cooking staff, supervising activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks and other kitchen workers, and creating new recipes.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
