Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at PIZZA KING NC INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze budget to optimize and maintain the restaurant's profits
  • Develop and implement budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  • Monitor revenues to determine labor costs
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service
  • Recruit and train staff to meet business needs
  • Set staff work schedules and supervise staff
  • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage events and promotions
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Large workload
