Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Element Site Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any issues that may impact cleaning operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all sites.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent position.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
