Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at RI Cleaning Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Cleaning Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that all sites are cleaned to the highest standards and that our clients are satisfied with our services.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all sites are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect sites to ensure that they meet our quality standards and make recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repair work, and arrange for their completion.
- Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties and establish work schedules.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical demands include standing, walking, and combination of sitting and standing.
The Cleaning Operations Manager will work in a variety of settings, including office buildings, commercial facilities, hospitals, schools, and shopping centers.
