At Subito Sandwich inc, we are seeking a Restaurant Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our restaurant staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient work methods to meet scheduling demands and optimize team performance
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and portioning staff, ensuring seamless execution of tasks
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to ensure timely ordering and minimize waste
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, sales, repairs, and wastage to inform inventory management decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and customers
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality control
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic mathematical calculations
