Job Title: Restaurant Team Lead

At Tapri Chai Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role:
As a Restaurant Team Lead at Tapri Chai Inc., you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
