We are seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Store Manager to join our team at 1955753 Alberta Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job expectations.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements, recruit and hire new staff members, and provide ongoing supervision and training.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Public transportation is available.
