Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Instructor to join our team at Women's Enterprise Skills Training of Windsor Inc. As a Supply Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students in a work session setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in a work session environment
  • Prepare and deliver engaging teaching materials and outlines for courses
  • Evaluate student progress through tests and papers
  • Prepare and submit reports on student performance
  • Operate audio-visual equipment to support learning
  • Cycle course and program evaluations to ensure quality education
  • Provide additional support to students with special needs

About the Role:

This is an on-site position that requires working directly at the physical location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication abilities, flexibility, organizational skills, reliability, and a team player attitude.

Target Audience:

This role is designed to cater to adults and immigrants who require specialized training and support. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive learning experience that prepares them for success in their chosen fields.

Additional Information:

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a related field and a non-university certificate or diploma from a 1-year to 2-year program. A College or CEGEP background is highly desirable.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum
