Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and coordination of activities related to buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and expenditure control processes.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal resource allocation.
  • Analyze purchase order claims and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Mentor and motivate staff to achieve exceptional performance and growth.
  • Design and execute purchasing strategies and procedures that meet business objectives.
  • Evaluate the cost and quality of goods or services, making informed decisions to drive value.
  • Authorize specifications for products or services, aligning them with business requirements.
  • Manage contracts effectively, ensuring successful partnerships.
  • Process claims against suppliers in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements

To succeed as a Supply Chain Manager, you will need:

  • A College/CEGEP education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
