Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer receives a personalized experience. You will oversee all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules and procedures.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting moderately heavy items. You may be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.
