We are currently seeking skilled individuals to fill the following positions for a Base Crew: Key Responsibilities: * Operate heavy equipment, such as wobblers and packers, in a safe and efficient manner. * Collaborate with the site crew to ensure smooth project execution. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Requirements: * Previous experience in road construction is an asset. * Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime in various locations. * Valid driver's license to travel to and from the work site. * Ability to meet all safety employment requirements and adhere to company policies. Benefits: * Paid leave of absence when providing own travel trailer for accommodations. * Pre-employment drug screening in effect.
