Job Title: Base Crew Personnel

Knelsen Sand & Gravel Ltd. is a leading construction company in Alberta, with a strong commitment to excellence in both products and services. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our base crew as a Base Crew Personnel.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our base crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, maintaining site equipment, and assisting with construction projects. If you have experience in road construction and are willing to work flexible hours, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment, including wobbly operators and packer operators
  • Maintain site equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
  • Assist with construction projects, including road construction
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime, in various locations
  • Meet all safety employment requirements and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Pre-employment drug screening is in effect
Requirements:
  • Experience or knowledge in road construction is an asset
  • Valid driver's license to travel to and from the work site and operate company vehicles
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced environment
