Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Crew Member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, maintaining site safety, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment, including excavators, graders, and dump trucks, to construct and maintain roads and infrastructure.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the site crew to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in pre-shift safety meetings and adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Experience in road construction or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime in various locations.
  • Meet all safety employment requirements and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Pre-employment drug screening in effect.
